There will be three phases to develop the Comprehensive Land Use Plan:

Developing the Grays Harbor County Comprehensive Land Use Plan will begin in June 2025 by engaging County residents to gather feedback on needs, challenges, and priorities to define a vision for long-term planning.

Using community feedback, the County will develop a draft Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). We anticipate that these documents will be ready to share for public review and comment in early 2026.

Following the comment period, the County will incorporate feedback and develop a Final Comprehensive Land Use Plan and a Final EIS, anticipated to be completed in late 2026.
