Your input will help shape the future of land use in Grays Harbor County.
We want to hear about your vision for long-term planning in Grays Harbor County. Your input will allow us to structure our long-term planning around community needs, challenges, and priorities for the future.
The Draft Comprehensive Land Use Plan will be available for review and public feedback from August 12, 2026 through 4:30 PM on September 15, 2026. There are several ways you can engage and provide feedback on land use designations, and policies:
Attend the public meeting (in-person or online): August 19, 2026; 6:30-8:00 PM
Attend the Planning Commission’s Special Meeting to hear a presentation about the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and provide public comment.

Submit a comment or contact the project team

Draft EIS what happens next?
Based on community feedback during the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), the County will select a preferred alternative for growth in Grays Harbor County, and develop a draft Comprehensive Land Use Plan and a Final EIS.
